I'm 21 and based in New Delhi. I work in the Founder's Office at Enrich Labs, a venture studio that ships B2B software products. I started in December 2025 and went full-time in April 2026.

The job is simple to describe and hard to do. I walk into a messy function, do the work myself, build the process, hire in parallel and push it to industry standard. Support, customer success, GTM, HR and PR have all started that way.

I want a founder to be able to hand me a problem and stop thinking about it. That means owning it with a founder's intent and a long-run view, not a task list.

I will be writing about three things: AI, B2B, and how venture studios actually run. The writing starts soon.

How I think

Own the problem, not the ticket. Build the system, then hire into it. Stay on lean budgets until the numbers argue otherwise.
